Skinner’s is owned and operated by Deidre Felton Dean, a devoted culinary enthusiast whose passion for cooking began in childhood and has only grown stronger over the years. She’s a loving mother and wife, and when she’s not cooking for her restaurant, she’s often tending her family garden alongside her husband. Her entire life revolves around her family and food, and she couldn’t be more grateful.
In 2018, Deidre had the opportunity to purchase Skinner’s, transforming it into her life’s passion. Whether she's smoking classics at the food truck or orchestrating memorable catering events, her hands-on approach ensures that every dish reflects her commitment to quality and flavor.
